Jody Kriss & East River Partners: Building Homes fin NYC

One of the residential or commercial properties being refurbished by the East River Partners lies at 415 East Sixth Street in Manhattan and is a synagogue that has been approved by the Landmarks Preservation Commission. The temple will remain on the first floor, however Kriss and Cohen are building 3 loft homes above the praise space. Check out more:http://aboutjodykriss.com/

In a 2016 article by Jackie Hart for Downtown Magazine, Jody Kriss talks to the writer about the effective completion of the East 6th Street job and stating now the praise center has luxury condominiums above it and is being restored itself, as well as receiving a brand-new space. The lofts on top are roomy, soothing, filled with light, airy and pricey.

When asked how his company got associated with the synagogue project, Kriss explained that a buddy was walking down East 6th in the East Village, passed the temple and met some of the congregants. After checking out with the people there, he called Jody Kriss and informed him about this fascinating opportunity. He explained this is the most common method he and his partner come across possible projects, which is when people, who understand what he and hi s partner are everything about, call them to share a concept.

Jody Kriss is a contractor of homes, a seeker of area, a dreamer, a business owner, and a risk-taker. Exactly what a grand summation of a male who is just in his forties. More about him in these profiles:
